Booth Specifications
Booth includes an 8-foot high draped backdrop, 3-foot high side drapes, a 6-foot long skirted table, 2 chairs, and an exhibitor identification sign. Additional display materials are available through our Show Decorating Vendor at an additional charge.
Terms
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the lease agreement. The balance is due 15 days before the first day of each event. Payment can be in the form of a company check, ACH check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express).
IMPORTANT NOTICE regarding payments: All credit card payments will have an added 3.5% processing fee forwarded to our customers. To avoid this additional charge, please pay by ACH or check.
All checks should be made payable to EXPO MANAGEMENT INC. and mailed to PO BOX 667, Andrews, NC 28901.
Welcome Packets are sent out 30 days before an event.
